Olivier and Morgan Gremillet
The gourmet restaurant offers menus at 42 and 55 euros, as well as à la carte dishes that change with the seasons, new arrivals and the chefs’ whims!
Here, everything is homemade, and everything is chosen with almost jealous care. After all, the chef personally handles all the sourcing: nothing arrives on your plate by chance. And the vast majority of products are French, from the Île-de-France region or from our own area, to guarantee the highest quality.
With around 50 covers, L’Esturgeon restaurant is focused on local producers and French specialties.
In the bright light of a midday sun on the Seine, or in the cool orange of a spring evening, let yourself be tempted by the crepes au Noyau de Poissy, flambées in front of you, with an expert hand by Isabelle Gremillet, Olivier’s wife and Morgan’s mother.
At l’Esturgeon restaurant
L’Esturgeon is part of a long-established heritage and the transmission of local know-how.
For example, the jams are made by a jam-maker from Andrésy, in the Yvelines.
All around Poissy, and even though Paris is just around the corner, it’s the fields, farms and orchards that provide a large proportion of the products that Olivier and Morgan Gremillet work with. Each has his own favorite recipes: meat for the first, fish for second of these men.
Gastronomy invites itself to Poissy
Veal sweetbreads with port wine, semi-cooked foie gras with raspberry jelly, a cart of cheeses cut up in the dining room or crêpes pisciacaises: you’ll be seduced by our original flavors as much as by the extraordinary view from our restaurant.
Just 200m from Poissy town center, thirty minutes from Paris by RER and 20 minutes from Paris Saint-Lazare Station, L’Esturgeon is the ideal gourmet restaurant for your business lunches and family
